Throughout the years I was struggling with my confidence. All the things I felt insecure about were overwhelming and convincing. But instead of sulking in that negative energy, I wish I had showered myself with love until it made me feel better.

If you’re experiencing moments like that, here are some affirmations to uplift you:

  • I am doing the best I can
  • Today, I am going to do what makes me happy
  • I am deserving and capable
  • There is room for me
  • I am on the right path
  • I am successful at what I do
  • I will get it done
  • I am learning how to trust myself

  • I am living an intentional and purposeful life

These are affirmations I am embodying day by day. If some of these affirmations don’t feel truthful, start small by creating your own. For instance, try finding something you respect and appreciate about yourself and build from there.
